As long as the Mother Poptop stays alive, you will have an infinite amount of Poptops for killing, all dropping meat, pixels, sharpened claws and sooner or later an action figure. The farming needs to take place in this very room, since catching a Mother Poptop changes it into an Adult Poptop.
